“After deciding to buy a holiday home in Spain we carried out hours of internet research, homing in on the South Costa Blanca as our preferred destination.

We drew up a list of properties within the budget we had set ourselves and contacted Emma at ES Properties. Being from the UK we really liked the fact we could contact Emma on a UK office number and she even gave us her personal mobile.

Emma was extremely helpful from day one, she gave us advice about the different locations around the Orihuela Costa and supplied us with additional possible options for us to consider.

We organised an independent visit to the area but Emma supplied the expertise when we arrived through her colleague Anthony.

Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable about both the geographical area and the Spanish legal system. He taxied us to our chosen destinations, including a few of his own choice. He did not try to influence us in any way, he was not pushy and made the whole process completely stress free. Although we visited some thirteen properties, we actually fell in love with and bought the first one he took us to. Once we had made our decision, Anthony continued to assist by suggesting a Solicitor and Bank to make our preferred choice a straightforward purchase.

Since buying the property, the after sales service has continued with Emma already being in contact with us offering further support.

We are now looking forward to spending many years holidaying in our new property as well as having the pleasure of seeing our family enjoy it as well.
