“ We were looking to purchase a property in Spain as I had heard that the prices in Spain were rock bottom. My husband and I spent hours browsing the internet and contacting various estate agents about different properties we had seen. We then found a couple of properties on ES property for sale in Spain and made contact with Emma and it was an added bonus as she was based in the UK. She listened to what it was we were looking for and what our budget was and recommended the best location for us and our budget and was so helpful. Emma then sent us a list of properties which could be of interest and also talked us through the process if we were still interested and we drew up a shortlist of what we wanted to see. Once we booked our flights Emma arranged for Ian from the Spanish office to come and meet us at Alicante airport, Ian was a lovely person and a really friendly guy. Ian took us to our hotel where we checked in and dropped our luggage of, Ian then took us to see the location we had chosen as we had never been to this part of Spain before. The location was Algorfa which is a lovely part of Spain only 30mins drive from Alicante airport and Ian showed us some properties. The property we ended up purchasing only came up on the market as we were looking at another property and Sean at the Spanish office thought of us straight away. Ian was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process of finding us our ideal home. Even after we had chosen our property Ian and the team at the Spanish office helped us through the whole purchasing process and all the legalities, they have made it such an easy and enjoyable process. Overall our experience of purchasing our property in Algorfa was made easier because of Emma, Ian and all the staff at Spanish office and we cannot thank them enough for their help and support throughout the whole process. We love our new Spanish property in Algorfa and my 6 year old girl will have lots of fun in the school holidays there. I would also like to mention Ana the solicitor who Ian and team introduced us to for all her help, as without her we could not have got through the legal side of the purchase as easily as we did.
