We contacted Emma through the web site and we were impressed by the prompt responses given . When we initially contacted Emma we didn't have any specific locations in mind and through several conversations we narrowed down to 2 locations. We had decided to sort out our own travel arrangements for our viewing visit we narrowed it down to 8 properties over a 2 day period. On the first day we were met at the arranged time and place by Anthony. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the area,but what really impressed me was the fact that he wasn't "selling" any of the properties and only offered an opinion if we asked him. Some of the houses weren't suitable so Anthony contacted another estate agent and re scheduled some other properties to view. Success we found our property in Los Alcazares. Anthony then explained the selling process really clearly and simply after further conversations we went with the solicitor that Anthony had recommended. 6 weeks later we collected the keys from Eugenio the solicitor and he was very thorough and also spoke perfect English. Although you may think that trusting your savings or investment to someone off the internet is not the safest method.
